⏳ Return Period

You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

All returned items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In the original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and parts

  • Free from any signs of installation, wear, or damage

Items that show signs of use or installation will not be eligible for return.

Before sending any item back, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
To obtain your RMA:

  1. Contact us through our Contact Portal or email us directly.

  2. Provide your order number, item(s) being returned, and reason for return.

  3. We will review your request and provide detailed return instructions.

Returns received without prior RMA approval will be refused or returned at the customer’s expense.

🚚 Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Dream Vacuum is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
