At Dream Vacuum, we take pride in offering high-quality central vacuum systems and accessories. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want every purchase to meet your expectations.
β³ Return Period
You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
π§ Condition of Returns
All returned items must be:

Unused and in original condition

In the original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and parts

Free from any signs of installation, wear, or damage
Items that show signs of use or installation will not be eligible for return.
π© Return Authorization (RMA)
Before sending any item back, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
To obtain your RMA:

Contact us through our Contact Portal or email us directly.

Provide your order number, item(s) being returned, and reason for return.

We will review your request and provide detailed return instructions.
Returns received without prior RMA approval will be refused or returned at the customerβs expense.
π Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Dream Vacuum is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method (or store credit if requested).

Please allow 5β7 business days for processing after your return has been approved and received.

For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
