Shipping
We will ship items within 1-3 days of receiving the order unless the item is back-ordered. We will email you a tracking number once the item has shipped out. All items are shipped via USPS from CT.

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase. You are liable for return shipping charges.

- Email us to request an RMA number and a return form, which must be placed on your package.

Return Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened, including central vacuum systems and bags/filters.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling costs.
