We will ship items within 1-3 days of receiving the order unless the item is back ordered. We will email you a tracking number once the item has shipped out. All items are shipped via USPS from CT.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 14 days of your purchase. You are liable for return shipping charges.

1. Please email us to request a RMA number and a return form which will need to be placed on your package.
2. Mail your returned item to:

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include central vacuum systems and bags/filters.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
